职位描述
岗位职责:
1. Work with Sourcing team to develop new supplier as well as material qualification;
与采购团队合作开发新的供应商以及合格物料;
2. Create material incoming inspection plan and provide training to inspectors;
制定物料来料检验计划,并对检验人员进行培训;
3. Leading new material qualification by PPAP approach;
通过PPAP方法主导新物料认证;
4. Manage the SPPM to reach objectives and analyze/identify opportunity for continual improvement;
管理SPPM以达到目标并分析/识别持续改进的机会;
5. Control the material quality in process to ensure the manufacturing not affected by poor material quality;
控制生产过程中的物料质量,确保生产不受不良物料质量的影响;
6. Issue SCAR to supplier to drive supplier improvement in case any quality issues, follow up/validate the effectiveness of containment & preventive actions by supplier;
向供应商发放SCAR,以推动供应商在质量问题上的改进,并跟踪/验证供应商控制和预防措施的有效性;
7. Support the customer quality claim caused by material issues;
协助因物料问题引起的客户质量索赔;
8. Perform monthly major supplier quality performance assessment and push improvement continually;
每月对主要供应商进行质量绩效评估并推动持续改进;
9. Periodic supplier assessment like annual audit, half-year evaluation etc.;
定期对供应商进行年审、半年度评估等;
10. Review production testing follow product requirements/specification, define the cosmetic, functional, product performance inspection plan, mass production released qualification and ongoing reliability test;
根据产品要求/规范回顾生产测试,确定外观,功能,产品性能检验计划,量产放行资格和正在进行的可靠性测试;
11. Implement and enhance the quality standards to documentation procedures like QCP, SIP, and production specification;
执行并提高程序文件的质量标准,如QCP, SIP和产品规格等;
12. Lead the internal process audit and continuously improve the capability of the processes;
主导内部流程审核,持续改进流程能力;
13. Lead the products failure including field return / customer complaint root cause analysis and drive corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA), organize the 8D reporting with cross functional team in case needed.
主导产品故障,包括现场退货/客户投诉的根本原因分析,并推动纠正措施和预防措施(CAPA),在必要时与跨职能团队完成8D报告。
14. Drive continuous improvement of quality system and product quality using standard methods like six-sigma, SPC, TQM…etc.
运用六西格玛、SPC、TQM等标准方法,推动质量体系和产品质量的持续改进。
15. Support the DFMEA /PFMEA review with cross-functions team;
与跨职能团队一起协助DFMEA /PFMEA评审;
16. Lead the regular quality review meeting with functional team.
主持与职能团队的定期质量评审会议。
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree of electronic/Mechanical engineering;
本科及以上学历,电子或机械工程专业;
2. Above 5 years of working experience in quality position of consumer products; At least 3 year supplier quality assurance experience;
5年以上消费品质量岗位工作经验;3年以上供应商质量经验;
3. Familiar with ISO 9001,ISQ14001 or IATF 16949 standards, skilled at supplier/Process audit, Product Inspection, Quality & Production Improvement;
熟悉ISO9001,ISQ14001或IATF 16949标准,熟悉供应商/过程审核,产品检验,质量和生产改进;
4. Experience in using quality tools like MSA/SPC/PPAP/FMEA/APQP/DOE/8D…etc.
会使用MSA/SPC/PPAP/FMEA/APQP/DOE/8D等质量工具;
5. Understanding of NSF, WQA, MOH standards;
了解NSF, WQA, MOH标准;
6. Proven ability to analyze and solving problems and maintain a continuous improvement philosophy;
具备分析和解决问题的能力,并保持持续改进的理念;
7. Capable in working with international cross functional team on resolving all quality issues;
具备与国外跨职能团队合作解决质量问题的能力;
8. Capable of supplier/process audit;
具备供应商/工艺审核的能力;
9. Good communication skills;
具备良好的沟通技巧;
10. Good ability of oral and written English;
具备良好的英语读写能力;
11. Water filtration equipment design & manufacturing experience preferred;
有滤水设备设计和制造经验者优先;
12.Six sigma black belt is preferred;
六西格玛黑带优先;
13. Travel to supplier site or customer site is needed;
能接受到供应商或客户现场出差。
