Job Responsibilities

- Formulate and manage the medium and long-term strategy for sales target and channel planning of the region

- Drive the annual sales related target of the company for the branches of the region, with responsibility for Profit &Loss, Company Revenue, Market Place and Inventory

- Attract, retain and grow key accounts by strategical cooperation, improving operations capability and business model setting

- Collaborate with headquarter functions to fully utilize resources to achieve sales scale growth

- Business indicators deployment to team, mentor team by directing and coaching their work efforts, tracking and reviewing target achievement to ensure the annual sales progress.

任职资格:

- Bachelor’s degree or above

- 10 Years’ experience in Retail commercial industry, at least 8 years’ regional sales management experience

- Strategic thinking and result oriented mindset

- Great leadership with Interpersonal/relational skills and team management

- Proactive and problem solving attitude

- Strong capabilities of decision making, negotiation and personal influence
