Responsibilities

工作职责 :

- Responsible for new projects packaging designs and packaging cost evaluations based on the principle of low cost and high quality.

- Lead the packaging design review meeting for new projects.

- Communicate with customer and get customer approval for the new packaging solution.

- Provide packaging BOM to PE/PjM and ensure correct PPQ in SAP system for self-made components.

- Responsible for new packaging material design and drawing releasing.

- Responsible for packaging instruction releasing.

- Build packaging test plan in the early stage of project development and provide packaging test report before mass production.

- Responsible for logistics label format design.

- Performing/coordinating failure analysis work, and completing implementation engineering support for mass production in plant and customer complaint issue
