职位描述

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:
1、负责本部门专案的方案设计;
2、负责项目的硬装主材与空间色彩搭配,绘制效果图手稿并跟进效果图效果;
3、负责及时与设计总监沟通方案,并同业主保持良好的沟通,直至确定方案;
4、负责设计扩初,绘制施工图手稿并跟进施工图品质;
5、负责跟踪项目的施工过程,有效解决施工中出现的问题,完善设计;
6、完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。
1. Take charge of scheme design for departmental projects, ensuring designs meet project objectives.
2. Select main interior materials and coordinate spatial color schemes, sketch rendering drafts, and closely monitor the final rendering quality.
3. Communicate promptly with the design director about the schemes, and maintain excellent communication with clients until the design is finalized, considering their feedback.
4. Conduct preliminary design development, draw construction - drawing drafts, and oversee the quality of shop drawings for accurate implementation.
5. Oversee the project construction process, effectively resolve on - site issues, and optimize the design continuously.
6. Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors promptly and efficiently.任职要求 Job Requirements:
1、5年以上方案设计相关工作经验,本科及以上学历,室内设计、环境艺术设计、建筑等设计相关专业;八大美院优先;
2、有丰富的五星级酒店、住宅、别墅、售楼处、商场、写字楼等大型装饰工程设计经验;
3、方案能力强,有良好的创意和空间思维;
4、能独立完成整体策划,独立设计个案,且设计大胆、创新;
5、具有较强的语言沟通能力及表达能力,形象气质佳;
6、应聘某一事业部设计师,需具备相应领域设计经验。
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in scheme design. A bachelor's degree or above in interior design, environmental art, architecture, or related fields. Preference for graduates from the top eight fine arts academies.
2. Extensive experience in designing large - scale decoration projects, including five - star hotels, residential properties, villas, sales offices, shopping malls, and office buildings.
3. Strong scheme design capabilities, with excellent creativity and spatial thinking.
4. Ability to independently handle overall planning and design individual projects, presenting bold and innovative designs.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an appealing appearance.
6. For applicants targeting a specific division, relevant design experience in that field is required.
