职位描述
As a Pricing Analyst you'll support end to end RFQ and tender pricing for Air and Ocean Freight across APAC. You’ll work closely with Procurement, the RFQ team and Sales to ensure cost inputs are accurately reflected in our internal and customer pricing templates, maintain our Tariff & Tiers, and provide timely gap to target analyses that inform repricing decisions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Cost Intake & Template Preparation
- Gather detailed cost breakdowns from APAC Procurement (carrier rates, surcharges, handling, origin/destination fees).
- Reconcile cost inputs into the internal pricing template,, currency conversions and rounding rules.
- Run Sanity in between round to ensure consistency, completeness, correctness before submission to the Tender Team.
Tariff & Tiers Maintenance
- Update DPW Tariff & Tiers structures for RFQs
- Ensure online rate portals reflect the latest AFR & OFR rate cards, surcharges (BAF, PSS, etc.) and FAK templates.
Gap & Target Analysis
- After each tender round, run “gap vs. target” analyses comparing submitted quotes against margin goals and competitor benchmarks.
- Support “what if” scenario modeling for repricing requests during multi round bids.System & Process Support
- Use the RFQ/Tender Management System to upload templates, track bid statuses and configure automated alerts.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to established workflows and approval gates.
- Identify manual tasks suitable for automation or process improvement and propose practical solutions.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with Commercial, Operations and IT/Digital teams to clarify pricing assumptions and deadlines.
- Respond to RFQ queries from Sales or the Tender team with speed and accuracy.
- Participate in pricing governance forums and share lessons learned from completed tenders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in freight forwarding, logistics or shipping line RFQ/tender pricing roles.
- Proven experience leading a small team or project group.
- Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables) and familiarity with pricing/CPQ platforms.
- Strong understanding of AFR & OFR cost structures, surcharge models and margin mechanics.
- People focused leader with ability to coach, motivate and develop talent.
- Process driven and detail oriented, with excellent documentation skills.
- Analytical thinker, adept at gap analysis and scenario modeling under tight deadlines.
- Clear, concise communicator; proven ability to influence cross functional teams.
- Highly organized, proactive and quality focused.
- Thrives in a fast paced, matrixed environment.
- Willing to travel up to 10 % across APAC.

运价表与分级费率维护
- 更新DPW（迪拜环球港务集团）的运价表及分级费率结构，以支持RFQ需求。
- 确保在线费率平台同步最新的空运（AFR）和海运（OFR）费率卡、附加费（燃油附加费BAF、旺季附加费PSS等）以及FAK（均一费率）模板。
目标差距分析
- 每轮投标结束后，执行“实际报价与目标差距”分析，对比提交的报价与利润目标及竞争对手基准。
- 支持多轮投标中的重新定价请求，进行“假设情景”建模分析。
系统与流程支持
- 使用RFQ/投标管理系统上传模板、跟踪投标状态并配置自动提醒。
- 维护流程文档，确保符合既定工作流程和审批节点。
- 识别适合自动化或流程改进的手动任务，并提出可行解决方案。
跨职能协作
- 与商务、运营及IT/数字化团队沟通，明确定价假设和截止时间。
- 快速准确地响应销售或投标团队的RFQ查询。
- 参与定价治理会议，分享已完成投标的经验教训。
任职要求
- 5年以上货运代理、物流或船公司RFQ/投标定价相关经验。
- 有领导小型团队或项目组的实际经验。
- 精通Excel（宏、数据透视表），熟悉定价/CPQ（配置报价）平台。
- 深刻理解空运（AFR）和海运（OFR）成本结构、附加费模型及利润机制。
- 流程驱动且注重细节，拥有优秀的文档撰写能力。
