2. As a member of BU Product failure analysis and bonepile control. Cooperate with process engineer and equipment engineer to improve first pass yield. 产品失效分析，与工艺工程师和设备工程师合作，提高***关合格率

3. Co-work with customer and testing development engineer to transfer and set up test equipment from customer side. And follow up the customers’ test standard, update test case according to latest information and ECO. 与客户和测试开发工程师，从客户方转移和设置测试设备。并跟进客户的测试标准，根据最新信息和ECO更新测试程式

4. Relevant documentation implement includes the test WI, test manual and test equipment evaluation report, etc. 准备相关文件，如测试WI，测试手册和测试设备评估报告等。

5. EHS training to subordinate and review the EHS related policies and procedures to achieve the required results ensure all the activities according to EHS policies. Monitor and responsible for interrelating party. EHS培训，审查EHS执行的情况，以实现所需的结果，确保所有活动符合EHS政策。监督和负责相互关联的一方。

6. Debug defective products of normal, RMA and repair. 维修正常生产的不良品,RMA 退回不良品和维修品。

7. Any other jobs assigned by the supervisor. 上级领导指派的其他工作

职责要求：

1.大专及以上学历，电子电气相关专业；

2. EMS行业产品测试工作经验；

3. 熟练使用万用表，示波器等测试仪器，良好的电路分析能力，测试设备故障处理能力；

4. 具备一定的英语能力，能书写英文邮件，能简单交流；

5. 踏实，上进，有责任心有良好的团队沟通能力。
