测试工程师

1、本科学历，1-3年工作经验；

2、电子或计算机相关专业（电子相关专业、机电专业、电气自动化）；

3、熟悉测试理论及测试流程；

4、 熟悉电路及元件分析，有良好的电路分析能力为佳

5、 能根据测试要求制定测试计划，设计测试用例；

6、熟悉常用的软件测试方法；

7、熟悉常用的测试管理工具；

8、有一定的自动化测试基础和经验或了解自动化测试；

9、基本英语阅读能力；

岗位职责：

1、负责新产品导入；

2、负责量产产品的维护；

3、负责批量不良品的分析；

4、和客户进行沟通，提高产品良率；

5、 所负责产品的测试夹具和测试设备的维护。

Qualification：

1. Bachelor degree, 1-3 years of work experience;

2. Electronics or computer related major (electronics related major, electromechanical major, electrical automation);

3. Familiar with test theory and test process;

4. Familiar with circuit and component analysis, good circuit analysis ability is preferred

5. Able to formulate test plans and design test cases according to test requirements;

6. Familiar with common software testing methods;

7. Familiar with common test management tools;

8. Have a certain foundation and experience in automated testing or understand automated testing;

9. Basic English reading ability.

KJA:

1. Responsible for the introduction of new products;

2. Responsible for the maintenance of mass-produced products;

3. Responsible for the analysis of batch defective products;

4. Communicate with customers to improve product yield;

5. Responsible for the maintenance of test fixtures and test equipment for the products.
