I PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Sales function in the segment of REHAU Industrial Products within the assigned China region.
完成瑞好工业产品在国内市场的销售。
2) Develop business, increase no of customers and sales, and sustain customer relationships (CRM) in defined fields of interest.
开发新客户,增加客户数量和销售额,持续维护客户关系和关注客户兴趣点。
3) Support buildup of brand awareness in the market.
持续推进瑞好工产品的品牌影响力。
4) Broaden customer base, guide after sales activities, achieve customer retention.
扩大客户群体,提供售后服务,保持稳定的客供关系。
5) Gather relative market intelligence, define customer development, suppose, and implement in marketing and business development activities. And sales target achievement.
收集相关市场信息,实施相关产品的市场和客户开发计划并完成销售额。
6) Maintenance customer relationship both existing and new customers.
维护现有客户和新客户的客户关系。
7) Work closely with product management and customer service team.
同产品开发部门和客服部门保持紧密沟通。
8) Enhance market penetration with a sustainable market for defined fields of interests of REHAU Industrial Product segment.
持续推进瑞好工业产品在细分市场领域的销售活动,提升可持续的市场份额和市场渗透力
II REQUIREMENTS
1) EDUCATION
College or bachelor, major in machinery or engineering related.
本科,机械或工程相关专业
2) EXPERIENCE
+ 5 years working experience with proven record of industrial products business development
5年以上工业产品业务开发工作经验
Familiar with engineering machinery, construction machinery and hydraulic system
熟悉工程机械、施工机械和液压系统
3) SKILLS
Dynamic, self driven and mature personality who is at ease with contacts to top management of key accounts but at the same time does not shy away from going the extra mile when it comes to delivering to the customer.
