Introduction 职位介绍

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order fulfilment Planner to manage the full lifecycle of customer orders—from initial inquiry to final delivery. This role plays a central part in coordinating between sales, production, purchasing, and logistics to ensure on-time and efficient fulfilment of all customer demands.

我们正在寻找一位积极主动、注重细节的订单履行计划专员，负责从客户下单到产品交付的整个流程。该职位在销售、生产、采购和物流之间起着关键协调作用，确保所有客户订单都能高效、准时地完成。

Responsibilities 主要职责

- Take ownership of customer orders from placement through to delivery, ensuring alignment with internal capabilities and customer expectations

全程负责客户订单的执行，从接单到交付，确保内部产能与客户需求相匹配

- Create and maintain detailed production plans based on sales orders, forecasts, and inventory levels

根据销售订单、需求预测及库存情况，制定并维护详细的生产计划

- Release and monitor Manufacturing Orders (MO), ensuring they are executed in line with production capacity, lead times, and priorities

发布并跟进生产工单（MO），确保其执行符合产能、交期和优先级要求

- Closely track the progress of each production batch, proactively addressing any deviations or delays

密切追踪每批生产的进度，及时发现并处理任何偏差或延误问题

- Act as the primary contact for customers regarding the status of their orders, providing regular updates and revised shipping plans when needed

作为客户的主要联系人，定期更新订单状态，并在需要时提供新的发货计划

- Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure timely availability of materials

与采购团队协调，确保物料及时到位

- Work hand-in-hand with the production team to streamline scheduling, resolve constraints, and boost output

与生产团队紧密协作，优化排程安排、解决制约因素并提升产出效率

- Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration to balance customer needs with internal efficiency and capacity

跨部门协作，在客户需求和内部资源之间取得平衡

Requirements 要求

- Proven experience in production planning, supply chain, or order fulfilment, ideally in a manufacturing environment

具备生产计划、供应链或订单履约相关经验，制造业背景优先

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple orders and timelines

优秀的组织能力，能够同时管理多个订单并合理安排优先级

- Excellent communication skills, especially in managing customer expectations and providing proactive updates

出色的沟通能力，擅长管理客户预期并主动同步进展

- Analytical mindset with a hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented approach

分析型思维，注重实践、条理清晰且以结果为导向

- Fluent in English in both written and oral

具备良好的中英文书写和口语表达能力

- Experience with ERP systems and Excel

熟悉ERP系统及熟练使用Excel
