工艺研发经理 Process Development Manager

1. Lead acrylic and SBR products localization, transfer process to local plants via process and recipe adjustment per local plant conditions till full performance acceptance

2. Fully engage in process optimization and plant productivity improvement, work closely with both R&D and plant process engineers.

3. Lead new product scale up till successful plant scale production

4. Support local raw material qualification, work closely with commercial and supply team to overcome the shortage of unique raw material.

5. Support plant trouble shooting. Conduct lab synthesis experiments to validate process adjustment of performance improvement.

6. Support application, technical services teams to address customer complaints and quality issue.

7. Actively contributing to new product development, including designing recipes and running synthesis experiments against agreed performance targets

8. Support for new synthesis lab set up, lab resource management, lab routine maintenance, lead and guide lab technicians where needed

9. Monitor and collect competitive intelligence in technology development.

10. Carries out any other duties as assigned by the superior as and when required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

1. Master degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer or relevant majors preferred.

2. Minimum 3 years R&D and/or manufacture hands-on experience of emulsion polymerization, preferably in SA and SBR chemistry.

3. Preferably previous working experience in a multinational company in a related application area in coatings, adhesives, specialty binders and construction.

4. Be patient and resilient, strong willingness and ability to learn new things

5. Strong logic thinking and good problem solving skills

6. Good English communication and written skills
