2. 跟踪先期样件试制问题以及性能测试结果，以及项目各阶段生产、试量产质量数据、产品表现

Follow and issue and test results during production / in-line inspection and durability from prototypes / each stage of project and trial.

3. 量产产品的质量保证，搜集、分析量产产品的质量表现数据 Quality assurance of mass production product. Collecting and analyze the quality performance of products.

4. 跟踪工程变更以及切换后在线质量数据表现；

Track the Engineering Change and quality performance after change.

5. 量产零部件、过程的异常处置，包括复检判定、发出8D 投诉给供应商或内部，展开根本原因调查，和供方或内部沟通、拟定改善对策，核查供方或内部的改善行动并验证有效性。Handling the quality issue of incoming parts & process including the re-clarification, quality judgement, sending the 8D reports to suppliers or internal departments, investigation of root cause, communicate with suppliers, make/define the actions, evaluate the effectiveness.

6.负责量产零部件的过程审核。在供应商处执行过程审核和产品审核，复核量产品在批量生产过程中是否是持续受控，推进整改过程审核活动中发现的问题并得到有效关闭.Be responsible for the process audit of series components. Implement the process audit on site in supplier. Check if the process is controlled continuously in mass production process, and push supplier to solve the problems we found in audit process and guarantee that all the problems can be closed effectively.

7. 协助处理客户质量投诉。Supporting the customer quality complaints .

8. 搜集、分析量产零部件、过程、成品的质量表现数据并推动改进。

Collect and analyze the quality performance data of incoming parts, process, final product，prompt the improvement actions.

9. 负责对质量检验员的日常工作监督、技能培训和考核等培训 Be responsible for supervision the daily work status of incoming material quality inspectors, skill training and assessment.

10. 专业检具和检验工装的设计、规划（如有此技能会加分）

Design or planning of professional inspection tools and inspection fixtures (extra points will be awarded if this skill is possessed)

11. 实验室规划及管理 Lab planning and management
