? 公司矿山机械在指定区域内的销售工作
the sales of the company's mining machinery in the designated Sales territory
? 新客户的开发,老客户的维护、管理.
development of new customers, maintenance, and management of existing customers
? 与销售区域内用户主要负责人建立长期,良好的客户关系。
Establish long term, good customer relationship with the key person in charge of the user
in the sales area.
? 随时了解管辖区域内用户需求,帮助其选择艾柯夫采矿机械及备件。
Assesses customer requirements within the Sales territory, and helps customers in selecting Eickhoff equipments
? 参与招投标,合同谈判,质保谈判,到货验收等工作
Participate in bidding, contract negotiation, quality assurance negotiation, arrival acceptance, etc.
? 随时了解竞争对手机器技术发展及现场使用情况,
Keeps informed on competitor activity and competitive machine technical developments and performance on site
? 进行市场观察,编写分析报告,并提出有关竞争力的行动建议。
Carry out market observations, prepare analyses and make recommendations for action about competitiveness.
? 及时向销售负责人及销售总监汇报用户需求及竞争对手动向
Timely reporting of customer needs and competitor activities to sales leader and sales directors
任职要求:your Qualifications/Requirements
? 你有多年的成功销售经验, 采矿行业销售经验优先
You have years of successful sales experience, preferably in the mining industry.
? 你愿意定期的,经常的出差,能照顾到客户的需求,
You are willing to travel to customers frequently and regularly and take care of customer
needs。
? 你是一个***的人,有很强的沟通意愿和团队精神,希望推动流程优化的发展。
You are an open personality with a high willingness to communicate and team spirit and
want to drive process optimizations forward
? 英文或德文听说读写能力
Ability to read, write and speak English or/and German
