61 Responsible for implementation, structural analysis, modification and testing

of semiconductor equipment based on overall system specifications

61 Responsible for all stages in the development cycle from design proposal to production

release with well recordkeeping

61 Create and maintain Bills of Material; create high quality and assembly drawings; prepare

assembly guidelines and requirements

61 Provide expert technical support to our field engineers and customers during critical

customer evaluation (occasional international travel may be required)

Requirements

61 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Precision Engineering

61 3-8 years of machine design experience relevant to machinery or high precision automation

systems

61 Proficiency in 3D CAD modelling using Solidworks with certifications such as CSWE and CSWP

preferred

61 Finite element analysis software experience

61 Solid experience in at least two of the following areas

· structural and modal analysis

· thermal-mechanical analysis

· fluid dynamics analysis

61 Full design cycle experience, from proof of concept through prototyping, development and

commercial realization

61 Able to research and analyse design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to

evaluate the feasibility, cost, and requirements of designs

61 Strong analytical and problem solving skills

61 Good communication and interpersonal skills

61 Good presentation skills and report writing skills

61 Strong attention to detail and organization

61 Self-motivated and able to work independently
