1) Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain customer files
- Keep effective communication with every level people with customers
- Develop and maintain good customer relationship for continuous business growth
2) Product Portfolio Management
- Make and execute short term (1-year) & long term (3-year) product plan
- Prospective assess the input and output of projects
- Manage regional marketing conflict
3) Project Management
- Coordinate and manage responsible project team
- Control the project shedule and cost
4) Supplier Management
- Participate in making the selection and evaluation of suppliers
5) Sales Planning and Execution
- Develop & update sales & expense budget
- Organize and implement the plan to achieve sales target
6) After-sales Service
- Handle customer complaint
- Control after-sales service expense
7) Other business development support
