1.整车认证项目执行

跟进整车认证全流程，包括认证前期的方案评估，测试目击，报告编写，申请材料递交及发证进度管理。项目过程中，需积极主动跟进技术问题关闭，向客户积极汇报项目进展。服务对象为国内知名主机厂。项目交付后，积极推动项目验收;

2.团队内部项目管理

作为项目经理，管理团队内所有项目的技术方案评估，立项，项目执行，证书状态跟踪流程。指导团队成员按标准化工作流程完成工作，对团队交付文件进行质量检查；

3.认证能力矩阵建设

负责整车认证整个框架的认证能力矩阵建设与优化，维护认证框架内的所有工作模板，优化工作流程；推动产略认证产品的产品开发与落地；

4.大客户支持与合作伙伴关系管理

通过良好的技术支持，提升团队技术交付能力，提升大客户服务满意度。维护合作伙伴关系。

II. 职位要求

1.工作年限与行业经验

5年或以上工作经验；具有多个车型欧盟WVTA认证经验；

2.教育背景

本科或以上学历，理工科专业方向；通过CET-4，具备良好的英语读写能力；

3.项目管理

熟悉或能快速熟悉汽车框架内的技术法规标准，能独立完成测试项目的目击，信息文件/技术资料审核，认证材料编写工作。具备项目管理和汇报能力，能推动认证过程中问题的关闭；

4.综合素养

具备责任心与良好的沟通能力、具备一定团队管理能力。

I. Job Responsibilities

1. Vehicle Certification Project ExecutionFollow the entire process of vehicle certification, including pre-certification project evaluation, test witnessing, report writing, submission of application materials, and management of certification progress. During the project, actively follow up on technical issue resolutions and report project progress to clients. The service target is well-known domestic manufacturers. After project delivery, proactively promote project acceptance.

2. Internal Project Management within the Team

As the project manager, manage all project technical proposal evaluations, project initiation, execution, and certificate status tracking processes within the team. Guide team members to complete work according to standardized workflows and conduct quality checks on team delivery documents.

3. Certification Capability Matrix ConstructionResponsible for the construction and optimization of the certification capability matrix for the entire vehicle certification framework, maintaining all work templates within the certification framework, and optimizing workflows; promote product development and implementation for strategic certification products.

4. Support for Major Clients and Partner Relationship ManagementEnhance the team's technical delivery capacity through excellent technical support, improving service satisfaction for major clients. Maintain partnership relationships.

II. Job Requirements

1. Work Experience and Industry Experience

5 years or more of work experience; experience with multiple vehicle models having EU WVTA certification.

2. Educational Background

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in engineering or science; CET-4 passed, with good English reading and writing skills.

3. Project Management

Familiar with or able to quickly familiarize oneself with technical regulations and standards within the automotive framework, capable of independently completing witness testing projects, reviewing information documents/technical materials, and preparing certification materials. Possesses project management and reporting skills, able to drive issue closure during the certification process.

4. Comprehensive Qualities

Possesses a sense of responsibility and good communication skills, as well as some team management abilities.
