Development Engineer

1. Develop electromechanical and mechatronic products, including requirements analysis, conceptual design, and technical implementation.

2. Coordinate the integration of mechanical components (e.g., motors, pumps, sensors) to ensure compliance with interface specifications.

3. Support system development by evaluating cost, timeline, and quality targets to ensure on-time project delivery.

4. Participate in supplier selection and evaluation to ensure manufacturability.

5. Lead prototype construction (Phase A/B) and testing, driving issue resolution.

6. Collaborate cross-functionally to share technical expertise and enhance product competitiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or Fluid Mechanics.

2. Proficiency in CREO, fluid mechanics simulation, and SAP basics.

3. Knowledge of electric motors, hydraulic systems, sensors, and CAN/LIN bus systems.

4. Familiarity with QA tools (FMEA, QFD) and experience in prototype manufacturing/environmental testing.

5. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (including required technical qualifications) in automotive/aerospace industries preferred.

6. Fluent English (written and spoken).

7. Non-hierarchical leadership, strong cross-functional communication, and decision-making abilities.
