61 Major in mechanical design/production (stamping tools).

61 More than 3 years’ experience in stamping tools operating, setup, adjustment maintenance and re-pair.

61 More than 2 years’ experience in stamping process development.

61 Advanced experience in operating stamping presses and auxiliary equipment, like grinding and mill-ing, etc.

61 Fluent in both spoken and written English.

61 Experience in operation Bruderer presses is preferred.

61 knowledge of reading drawings

B) Task description

Stamping process control

61 Produce products timely and with high quality in accordance with the production plan and quality requirements.

61 Instruct and train colleagues to correctly operate punch presses and necessary stamping produc-tion equipments and quality testing instruments to ensure safe and efficient production.

61 Create work instructions and other documents to ensure standardized operations.

61 Stamping process related KPI controlling

Stamping tooling management

61 Tooling maintenance planning and implementation.

61 Tooling spare parts purchasing and management.

61 Tooling commissioning, set-up, repairment and optimization

61 Tooling issue troubleshooting.

61 Summarize machine downtime information and analysis the root cause of machine breakdown

61 Improve machine performance with optimized tooling design, updated maintenance plan, etc.

61 Create maintenance handbook and train operators to improve operator trouble shooting skill.
