质量工程师 Quality Engineer

1、

处理各环节中供应商的产品质量问题，分析原因并推动供应商采取整改措施，直到关闭8D 报告。

Handle the supplier’s products deviation in every process, analyse root causes and push supplier to take action until close 8D reports.

2、 处理客户反馈的质量问题，及时跟供应商和售后有效沟通、分析、解决，直到关闭客诉和8D报告。

Handle customer complains for quality issues, communicate and analyse and solve with supplier and after-sales until close the customer complains and 8D reports.

3、 支持公司总部对国内供应商进行管理。

Assist headquater in managing domestic suppliers.

4、 参与产品工艺流程的设计实验工作，以确保其符合品质保证的要求；配合研发、技术人员进行新产品试制及质量反馈。

Involve in the product process design to ensure the compliance with the quality Requirements; work with R & D and technical staff for new products development test and quality feedback.

5、 协助质量经理优化体系管理，参加体系内审、管理评审、外审并维护相关活动。

Assist quality manager to optimize system management, participate in system internal audit, management review, external audit and maintain related activities.

6、 汇总和统计客诉、供应商产品质量问题及解决处理的记录及相关资料，建立清单，提出改进方案、推动相关部门或供应商及时解决。

Summary and statistic the records and files for customer complain and supplier deviation and solving action, establish management list; provide suggestions on im-provements and push relevant departments or suppliers to solve problems promptly.

7、领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求Qulification:

1、 在制造业领域具有5年以上的质量工作经验，有阀门或汽车行业的客户质量或供应商质量工作经验者优先。

More than 5 years of quality experience in manufacturing field. The staff with CQE or SQE experience in the valve or automotive industries is preferred.

2、 熟练使用各种基本测量仪器，具备三坐标编程和操作能力者优先。

Proficient in using various basic measuring instruments. The staff with the ability to program and operate CMM is preferred.

3、 熟练使用word、excel、PPT等办公软件；会操作ERP、SAP系统者优先。

Proficient in word, excel, PPT and other office software. The staff with ability to operate ERP, SAP system is preferred.

4、 了解ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001管理体系标准，有IATF16949内审证书者优先。

Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 management system standards. The staff with IATF16949 internal audit certificate is preferred.

5、 具备输出英文8D 报告和其他质量记录的能力。

Have the ability to output English 8D reports and other quality records.

6、 良好的组织协调与沟通能力。能够独立开展工作，自我激励和结果为导向。

Good organization, coordination and communication skills. Able to work independently, self-motivated and result oriented.

7、 具备比较强的分析和解决问题能力，及一定的承压能力。

Have relatively strong capability in analysis and problem-solving, and certain pressure capability.

8、 工作思路清晰，具备较强的逻辑性，熟练使用IATF16949质量工具者优先。

The working ideas is clear, with strong logical thinking ability. The staff with capability in using IATF16949 quality tools is preferred.

9、能够适应出差和加班。

Able to business travel and work overtime.

10、英文书面及口语能力

Spoken and written english skills.
