61 Follow up NPD focus projects from the whole project phase.

61 Visit the assigned suppliers, observe, discover and evaluate their capabilities in the manufacturing process, production capacities and quality control process, etc…

61 Trouble shooting for the technical problems on site and process optimization.

61 Digest and summarize the information and data collected from suppliers.

61 Determine the gaps between supplier and the requirements.

61 Draft supplier process development plan with goals, action items, responsible people and time frame.

61 Finalize and follow up the development plan by working with supplier, NPD, AQE, FAI, SDE, OPM, Sourcing and any concerned expert teams.

61 Follow up the development plan with suppliers, daily or weekly by phone call, email, on site, etc… to ensure all the activities and milestones are accomplished as planned.

61 Maintain and update the supplier process development plan to match the new product development needs.

61 Provide weekly status updates or report to the project team, or daily updates if there is needed.

Personal qualification Specifications

61 BS University Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or other related Engineering discipline or equivalent.

61 Minimum 10~12 years experiences in the manufacturing process of machining, with experience in manufacturing of power tool related component is preferred.

61 Rich experience in turning, milling center, grinding process, with hobbing,honing process is preferred.

61 Rich manufacturing experience in mass production and new part development

61 Fluent in spoken and written in Mandarin. Good English writing, oral English is preferred.

61 Good computer skills, Windows, Microsoft Office, Power Point.

61 Able to work independently, self-driving and hard-working.

61 Good communication skills and team work.

61 Can travel frequently in Asia (PRC, ***, etc.)

61 Experience in SPC, DMAIC, PFMEA and DOE is added advantage.

61 Candidate with less experience could be considers as SPE engineer.
