Job Summary:
Reporting to Director, Talent & OD, this role supports the implementation of talent management and learning initiatives across Armstrong’s China operations. Working closely with Group Talent Management, HRBP, and business leaders, this role helps in the assessment of talent gaps, coordinate training programs, and support leadership development efforts tailored to the local market.
Key responsibilities include supporting succession planning efforts, implementing high-potential employee programs, facilitating learning initiatives, and ensuring training programs align with business needs in the supported region. Additionally, this role drives digital learning adoption and optimizes training resources to strengthen our workforce capabilities.
With a hands-on approach, the specialist plays a vital role in strengthening Armstrong’s talent pipeline and fostering employees’ growth in China.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management
· Work closely with Group Talent Management and China HRBPs to support the integration of strategic workforce planning, addressing immediate talent supply gaps and current skills needs.
· Facilitate talent identification, development, and mobility processes to maintain a robust internal talent pipeline for key leadership and technical roles.
· Coordinate the execution of China-specific leadership development initiatives, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and responsiveness to local market needs.
· Support the enhancement of succession planning by utilizing data analytics to monitor high-potential talent progress and identify retention risks.
· Contribute to talent engagement and employer branding efforts by collaborating with HR and Communications to strengthen Armstrong’s position as an employer of choice in China.
· Work closely with business leaders to ensure that talent strategies are directly linked to business goals and market challenges.
2. Learning and Development
· Support the development and implementation of a digital learning ecosystem, integrating technology-driven and microlearning solutions tailored to China’s workforce needs
· Facilitate capability-building initiatives that enhance both technical and leadership competencies, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives
· Align learning programs with career development and internal mobility frameworks, providing clear progression opportunities for employees
· Utilize data-driven insights to measure learning impact, linking employee development to business performance metrics such as productivity, retention, and innovation
· Optimize training budgets by prioritizing high-impact development initiatives and leveraging local partnerships for cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
· Minimum 8 years of HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, and diverse environment, preferably within a group company.
· At least 5 years of hands-on experience in talent management, learning, and development role in a manufacturing environment
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related fields;
· Have obtained the human Resources Qualification Certificate;
· Experience with Korn Ferry or similar competency frameworks is a plus.
· Experience in executing talent development, leadership programs and employee training initiatives.
· Ability to collaborate with HRBPs, business leaders and employees to support talent and learning initiatives.
· Skilled in organizing and delivering training sessions, workshops and digital learning solutions.
· Proficient in tracking learning effectiveness, analyzing talent data and providing insights to enhance programs.
· Capable of optimizing learning resources, improving training delivery and strengthening employee development initiatives.
· Adaptable and resourceful, able to navigate change, address learning gaps, and align programs with evolving business needs.
· Strong understanding of Human Resources laws and regulations.
· Proficient in both spoken and written English.

本岗位向人才与组织发展总监汇报,负责支持力达中国区人才管理与学习发展计划的落地实施。通过与集团人才管理部门、人力资源业务伙伴(HRBP)及业务领导密切合作,协助评估人才缺口、统筹培训项目,并支持符合本土市场需求的领导力发展工作。
核心职责包括推动继任者计划、实施高潜力员工培养项目、协调学习发展计划,并确保培训项目符合所在区域的业务需求。同时负责推进数字化学习应用,优化培训资源以提升员工能力。
通过实操型工作方式,该专员对强化力达中国区人才储备池、促进员工职业发展具有关键作用。
主要职责
1. 人才管理
· 与集团人才管理团队及中国区人力资源业务伙伴合作,支持战略人才规划落地,解决短期人才供给缺口与技能需求;
· 推动人才识别、发展及流动流程,为核心领导岗与技术岗构建强健的内部人才梯队。
· 协调执行中国区领导力发展专项计划,确保与全球框架一致且符合本地市场需求。
· 通过数据分析监控高潜力人才发展进度、识别留任风险,支持继任者计划的优化。
· 协同人力资源与公关部门推动人才敬业度及雇主品牌建设,以巩固力达在中国市场的优选雇主地位
· 与业务领导密切合作,确保人才战略与业务目标及市场挑战直接挂钩。
2. 学习与发展
· 支持数字化学习生态系统的开发与落地,整合技术驱动型学习方案及符合中国员工需求的微课资源。
· 推动技术能力与领导力双轨制培养计划,确保与业务增长目标一致。
· 将学习项目与职业发展及内部流动体系结合,为员工提供明确的晋升路径。
· 运用数据驱动型洞察评估学习成效,将员工发展成果与生产力、留任率及创新力等业务指标挂钩。
· 通过优先投入高影响力发展项目、利用本土合作资源优化成本,实现成本效益优化。
岗位要求:
· 至少 8 年人力资源领域工作经验,需适应多元化快节奏环境,集团公司经验优先
· 至少 5 年制造业领域人才管理与学习发展岗位实操经验
· 人力资源管理或相关专业本科学历
· 持有(助理)人力资源管理师资格证书
· 熟悉 Korn Ferry 等能力素质模型者优先
· 具备人才发展、领导力项目及员工培训计划的执行经验。
· 能够协同HRBP、业务领导及员工推动人才与学习项目。
· 擅长组织并实施培训课程、研讨会及数字化学习解决方案。
· 精通学习效果追踪、人才数据分析及优化项目的洞察输出。
· 能够优化学习资源、改进培训交付方式并强化员工发展计划。
· 具备灵活性与应变能力,可应对变革、解决学习缺口,并使项目与动态业务需求保持一致。
· 熟悉中国劳动法律法规。
· 英语口语及书面表达能力优秀。
