o Conduct market research to source for new materials, new technique

o Keep good record on all the materials, tooling information and sample.

o Analyzing data regarding the cost and availability of materials that are needed to complete projects

61 Production Control

o Analyse and report data that can be used to develop an accurate predication of the project that will be used as a recommendation tool to make decisions about management, quality, timing, and controls.

o Schedule Control throughs the use of appropriate tools:

Supplier’s Material Purchasing Invoice (optional)

Production line daily output report

61 Risk and Quality Control, solve problems that may affect project Deadline and Quality

o Identify problems and offer solutions before changes or delay occur by providing details quality and progress assessments
