非标电气工程师

1. 仔细阅读并认真理解内部需求(技术方针)和客户相关要求；

Read and understand the internal requirements (Guide line) and customer requirements;

2. 仔细阅读并认真理解特殊设备的操作手册，知道如何控制；

Read and understand operation manual from special equipment. And know how to control;

3. 与机械工程师一起审核设备I/O图，并及时更新；

Review equipment I/O chart together with Mechanical engineers. And then updated it timely;

4. 根据MAK的技术标准编写程序，并确保质量；

Make Programming according to MAK standards and ensuring quality;

5. 向项目经理汇报电气设计编程的状态(项目跟进表)；

Report the status of electrical design programming to the project manager (project follow-up form);

6. 跟进供应商进度，确保项目实施正确(视觉系统，机器人编程，数据库等....)；

Follow-up supplier to verify the work is done correctly (Vision system, robots programming, database,

etc.…);

7. 能快速发现车间装配过程中和客户现场出现的电气接线问题；

Can quickly detect electrical connection problems that occur during the assembly process in the workshop and

at the customer's site ;

8. 关注离线程序和测试程序的安全状况，确保所有安全电路正常工作；

Take care about the safety condition of the offline program and test program, ensure all the safety circuit

is working correctly;

9. 监督测试设备的运行情况(自动循环，原点周期，单步, 半自动)；

Supervise the operation of the test equipment (Auto cycle, Home cycle, SBS, SEMI);

10. 检查和测试机器是否满足运行周期时间，如不满足，协助优化程序以满足运行周期时间要求；

Check and test whether the machine meets the operating cycle time. If not, assist in optimizing the program to

meet the operating cycle time requirements ;

11. 机器交付后，配合出差完成设备的现场调试；

After the machine is delivered, cooperate with the business trip to complete the on-site commissioning of the

Equipment;

12. 将所有在服务器上的项目相关文件信息进行保存(最新程序和图纸版本)；

Save all the information in the project folder of the server (latest program and drawing version);

13. 能使用程序控制特殊设备如视觉系统、检测仪、伺服电机、激光制造、扫描仪、测漏仪、输送机、给

料机、螺丝刀等；

Be capable of using programs to control special equipment such as vision systems, detectors, servo motors,

laser manufacturing, scanners, leak detectors, conveyors, feeders, screwdrivers, etc.;

14. 保持办公室和车间的安全、清洁和整洁；

Keep safety, clean and organize the office and workshop.

15. 领导交代的其他事项。

c.能熟练使用其中至少一种PLC软件编程：西门子(S7、1200、1500)、AB、欧姆龙、施耐德，会西门子优先；Proficient in using at least one PLC to programming of Siemens (S7, 1200,1500), AB, Omron, Schneider, Siemens is preferred;

d.有视觉系统经验，熟悉GRAPH,ST(SCL)语言；

Have experience in visioning system, familiar with GRAPH，ST（SCL）language;

e.了解运动控制系统并熟练运用直线电机，伺服控制轴；

Understand the motion control system and be proficient in using linear motors and servo control axes;

f.熟悉人机界面设计；

Familiar with HMI design;

g.了解安全标准，行业相关标准规范；

Understand safety standards and industry-related standards and norms;

h.熟练运用E-PLAN画图；

Familiar with E-PLAN to make electrical drawing;

i.会机器人编程优先；

Ability to program robots is preferred;

j.会高级语言编程，了解VB, C语言或者LABVIEW优先；

Know senior programming language, VB, C or LABVIEW is preferred;

k.与客户/销售和/或子公司和其他业务相关方沟通时能使用英语(读、写、说)，具有高度的专业化。掌握这一语言是任何该职位候选人的加分条件；

Be able to communicate in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing) when communicating with customers/sales and/or subsidiaries and other business stakeholders, and have a high degree of professionalism. Mastering this language is a plus for any candidate for this position.

5.证书与资质Qualification and certificate

持有低压电工证者优先。

Holder of low voltage electrician certificate is preferred.
