PART I - POSITION SUMMARY 职位概要
* Lead a regional team of sales supervisors and sales representatives and provide them direction to ensure business success and align organization goals with those of the regional team.
领导所负责区域的销售队伍,为他们提供指导以确保团队销售任务的圆满完成
* The responsible areas include Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui and Fujian.
负责区域包括江浙沪、安徽和福建区域。
PART II - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
* Develop overall understanding of TFX Medical business and deliver regional sales target on quarterly basis.
全面了解公司的医疗业务,按季完成区域销售指标
* Develop and implement sales and business development plan for the region using available information
根据所掌握的信息制定并执行所负责区域的销售及业务发展计划
* Set goals, objectives and priorities for the team and ensure team members are aligned to regional/organizational goals through PMP.
制定所负责团队的工作目标及优先顺序,通过绩效考核流程管理并确保团队成员共同完成销售任务
* Establish distribution network in the region and manage sub-distributor performance to reach sales target.
建立所负责区域的代理商销售网络,管理代理商的绩效以完成公司的销售任务
* Lead and guide sub-distributor to execute company and BU strategy to make sure a healthy and sustainable business.
引导代理商执行公司的业务发展战略并确保公司业务的健康可持续发展
* Build and keep good relationship with key accounts.
建立并维护与大客户之间的良好关系
* Organize marketing activities in the region and build brand image.
在所负责区域内组织各项市场推广活动,并建立良好的品牌形象
* Manage OPEX in line with Sales Performance.
结合销售业绩有效地控制运营成本
* Coordinate with RA/QA department to collect AE details and coach subordinates how to handle AE events
配合法规事务部与质量保证部收集不良事件信息,并指导下属处理不良事件
* Ensure an energizing environment which motivates employees at all levels to give their best to the job
营造良好的激励机制以激发各级员工的工作积极性
* Communicate upward and provide realistic picture of TFX Medical business.
及时与上级沟通并如实报告业务状况
PART III – QUALIFICATIONS任职资格
EDUCATION教育程度
* Bachelor's degree or above, major in medical or related is preferred.
本科或以上学历,医学或相关专业优先。
EXPERIENCE工作经验
* At least 10 years' experience in relevant industry and function, such as sales and marketing in Medical device, familiar with surgical field is preferred.
10年以上医疗器械销售及市场等相关行业管理经验,熟悉外科领域优先。
* Experience in distributor management is preferred, with customer resources is preferred.
具有代理商管理经验者优先,具有客户资源者优先。
* Team management experience
具有团队管理经验
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.)其他要求
* Good communication and presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills.
有较强的沟通及人际交往能力
* A good team player, initiative, excellent organization and coordination skills
有团队精神,具有主动性,优秀的组织协调能力
* Have strong executive ability and effective problem-solving ability
具有较强的执行能力及有效解决问题的能力
* Proficient in using office software
能熟练使用office办公软件
