Position Summary:
61 Be overall responsible for financial management works included legal issue management and payments/ expenses review and booking.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
61 Closely communicate with the sales team, the customers and Swagelok counselor in the contract review process to finalize the contract terms efficiently.
61 Make all AP related entries in SAP system.
61 Make 3-way match and correct the variances if any before making entries.
61 Prepares the intercompany reconciliation statements on balance and transaction between local and corporate book.
61 Assist in improving the compliance management and risk management system regarding vendor payments and credit control.
