Requirements:
1,Order tracking and maintenance, timely invoicing and reconciliation from the Logistics Department to the Sales Department
1, 订单跟踪维护,及时开票对账从物流部转移到销售部
2,weekly turn over report;
3,Customer satisfaction survey repor;客户满意度调查报告;
4,Support summary sales & PM documents;支持销售总结和项目管理文件;
5,Aarrange meeting room,booking driver ect during customer visit;在客户来访期间安排会议室、预订司机等事宜;
6,Record internal depet meeting/customer meeting mimunites
记录部门内部会议/客户会议记录;
7,Summary project /AMO cost;项目/AMO 费用总表;
8,Tooling and D&d invoice工具和研发发票;
9,Create temp-article number;创建临时物品编号;
Other:
1, Cummnicate skill
2, Read & write with english
3, skilled use Excel
4, Can work under pressure
5, profer Marketing or Sales or engineering education background
6, More than one year experience, freshers are acceptable
