Customer Service Representative/客户服务代表

1. To assist in providing before & after customer service to entertain client’s request

2. To assist in handling pricing & freight related issue

3. To assist in SSE tariff filing & contracted rates filing issues

4. To complete other tasks assigned by supervisors and management

Position requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Good English skills with CET 4 or equivalent

3. Goop computer skills, proficient in using Microsoft Office software.

4. Good communication skills, ability to adapt to changes, able to work under pressure

5. Two years or more relevant s experience in shipping industry
