职位描述

Brief description of the position:
This position ensures the organization of department and the supports of the HR management ,Orga.,&ITP.
Key Tasks:
1. Administration of calendar Organization meeting with different participants and regular contact with assistants of VPs and EVPs at VCIC and Region China for meeting
2. Participate in relevant meetings, responsible for the preparation of minutes and follow-up its implementation and feedback.
3. Manage files and documents and provide materials needed by the supervisor in order to ensure the proper administration of confidential files and facilitate the supervisor in the systematic management
4. Budget controlling and vendor tracking
5. Regular report preparation and consolidation
6. Support HRBP daily operation on individual case
7. Participate key projects team and coordinate content and facilitate key deliveries
Qualification and skills required for the position:
Bachelor degree preferable in HR area
2-3 years working experience with at least 1 year in a similar role in administration
Proactive, independent ,self-motivated working style
Capable of demonstrating a “down-to-earth attitude” at all times
Can treat information with the highest degree of confidentiality
High proficiency in oral and written communications skills in English
Good understanding of company’s operations and processes
Con work accurately with sophisticated tools, such as MS Offices, etc.
Friendly and service oriented to employees, customers suppliers and visitors
