? High focus on safety conditions within the cast department. Acts on compliance issues and areas of improvement to drive safety and culture forward.

? Manages routine maintenance/upgrades on Cast equipment and writes maintenance work orders when needed.

? Works with and facilitates production group on problem solving efforts used to improve the processes.

? Develop and implement training, new and revised SOP’s, parameter sheets, process conditions/controls chart as needed.

? Manage production priorities / logistical planning.

? Attend and contribute during applicable department meetings.

? Secure Cast operations supplies.

? Active participation and scheduling of material review board (MRB) review and process upset investigations.

? Responsible for recording formulations, process conditions and results and conveying these to appropriate superiors.

Requirements

? Bechelor degree

? Automotive experience.

? Able to communicate in English.

? Experience in managing people/teams.
