Minimum Experience & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above (Safety engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical and electrical related majors preferred) with at least 3 years of experience in HSE management in production, manufacturing fields.

本科及以上学历（安全工程、环境工程、机械、电气相关专业优先），至少 3年生产、制造等相关领域的HSE管理工作经验。

2. Familiar with HSE laws and regulations, familiar with HSE system, such as ISO14001, ISO45001 and safety production standardization.

熟悉国家各项环境安全和健康法律法规及标准，熟悉HSE体系, 如ISO14001、ISO45001、安全生产标准化。

3. Ability to communicate fluently in English, good written English required.

流利的英语沟通能力，良好的英语写作能力。

4. Excellent computer skills, MS Office proficiency required.

优秀的计算机操作能力，熟练使用办公软件。

5. Passionate about work and proactively initiate all HSE matters. Strong organization, coordination and communication skills. Strong ability to resist pressure and strong principles.

6. Registered safety engineers are preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the company's ISO14001 system, HSE management system and safety standardization system, as well as the internal and external audits of theISO14001 and safety standardization system, to ensure the effectiveness of the system.

负责公司环境管理体系、HSE管理体系及安全标准化体系的运行和维护，以及环境管理体系及安全标准化体系的内外审核，确保体系运行的有效性。

2. Responsible for conducting annual identification of environmental factors, developing continuous improvement measures for important environmental factors, and maintaining relevant records and documents.

负责开展年度环境因素因素的识别，针对重要环境因素制定持续改善的措施，并保存相关记录和文件。

3. Responsible for the declaration of general waste and hazardous waste, as well as the daily management of hazardous waste and maintenance of related accounts.

负责一般废弃物和危险废弃物的申报工作，以及危险废弃物的日常管理工作并维护相关台账。

4. Responsible for annual environmental monitoring, regularly arranging inspection of all kinds of environmental protection equipment to ensure the normal operation.

负责年度环境监测，定期安排检查各类环保设备，确保其正常运行。

5. Responsible for the operation and management of the DHS (Danger Source Hazard Reporting) system to ensure effective implementation of safety risk improvement measures.

负责运行和管理DHS（危险源上报）系统， 确保安全风险的改善措施有效执行。

6. Responsible for annual risk assessments, conducting training in risk assessment, guiding departments in completing risk assessment forms, and eliminating or controlling major safety risks.

负责年度风险评估工作，开展风险评估培训、指导各部门完成风险评估表，消除或控制较大安全风险。

7. Responsible for safety confirmation during the change process e.g., risk assessment of new equipment, new processes to ensure the safety during the implementation and acceptance.

负责变更过程中的安全确认，如对新设备、新工艺等在设计、实施和验收过程中进行风险评估，确保变更过程的安全性。

8. Responsible for incident management, including incident investigations, incident reports review and lessons learned sharing.

负责事故管理，包括事故调查、审核事故报告及事故经验教训分享。

9. Responsible for annual declaration of occupational health hazards, arranging annual monitoring of occupational hazards and annual medical examination for occupational diseases, and establishing and maintaining personnel occupational health and safety monitoring files.

负责职业健康危害因素的年度申报工作，安排年度职业危害因素监测和职业病年度体检，建立和维护人员职业健康安全监护档案。

10. Responsible for the communication with related government such as safety supervision, fire protection, environmental protection, etc., and follow up on the improvements proposed by the government or third parties.

负责公司与安监、消防、环保等相关政府单位的联络, 跟进政府部门或第三方的提出的各项改善。

11. Coordinate Lean activity within dept. including CIP, 5S etc.

参与精益部门的改进，包括CIP，5S等。
