This role is in conjunction with Technical Manager to support technical service, application in terms of lab work, formulations and marketing promotion in China. Provide support to the team and work closely with BU Key Account Managers Team to establish target market & customers’ need and support to win the business for Cosmetic Ingredients in China.
61 Support the Business Management of Cosmetic Ingredients, in achieving their Business Objectives and to assist management of Applications and related projects. Follow up on success of projects.
61 Develop new or improved application formulations.
61 Support troubleshooting and customer applications based on Cosmetic Ingredients Products.
61 Assist to manage the laboratory. Assure all laboratory work is properly documented and maintain a project-tracking registrar showing projects, developments, formulations related technologies.
61 Support marketing promotion & technical service on Cosmetic Ingredients Products including exhibitions, seminars and other marketing events.
61 Demonstrate the benefits of Cosmetic Ingredients Products including generating ideas of innovative formulations, solutions and articles.
61 Support for localization of global Cosmetic Ingredients Products
61 Support the combined BU Key Account Managers & Product Development Manager if needed.
61 Provide technical support to customers and customer visit when and if required.
61 Cosmetics Ingredients sampling and dispatch of samples coordination.
Qualification Requirement：
61 Education background of Chemistry related major, at least 3 years' experience of skin care / hair care formulation development work with bachelor degree. Fresh graduation with high potential with master's degree can also be acceptable.
61 Be willing to work in lab, self-motivated. High willing to learn new things.
61 Be able to plan and organize their own day and must be prepared to work with the minimum of supervision.
61 Should be competent in computer skills including Microsoft and Internet programmes.
61 Superior skills in English both written and comprehension, fluent spoken English skill is a plus.
61 Good team worker with creativity.
