岗位职责:
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.
What you can expect
You will take lead of TAR planning management, work package development and its review, challenge, approve until finalization, lead the development of TAR overall and detail schedule in Primavera P6/MS-Project as well as its communication, challenge, optimization approval as well as its daily updated management during TAR execution and TAR execution and overall management.
Main Tasks
61 Support site and plant level TAR management and services based on company best practices, guideline, and procedures.
61 Support turnaround scope management, challenge scope with strictly criteria to ensure clear and high-quality scope items delivered to detail planning
61 In TAR planning phase, take lead of TAR work package development, review, challenge, approve and finalization management.
61 Ensure high quality TAR working and bidding package completed timely to support TAR cost estimation and budget application.
61 Lead the development of TAR overall and detail schedule in Primavera P6/MS-Project as well as its communication, approval and distribution management.
61 Organize schedule review and challenge meeting with stakeholders including Pre-Shutdown, Execution, Commissioning & Start-Up phase.
61 Define and identify TAR execution critical path, organize critical path review and challenge workshop with stakeholders.
61 Develop and optimize TAR resource/manpower plan based on TAR schedule, lead TAR resource/manpower balancing and optimizing to ensure TAR execution smoothly and effectively.
61 Support TAR logistics and infrastructure management, support, or lead turnaround execution through the aligned and decided turnaround execution management.
61 Schedule daily update during execution, analysis and forecast the gaps/risks from scheduling perspective and provide information to management team for decision making including e.g. discovery items schedule.
61 Support post turnaround management, lessons learned collection & analysis as well as mitigation actions follow-up, contribute and input the turnaround final report and project final closure.
61 Support and coordinate the development of BIG Smart TARM tool. define detail attributes list of different TAR phases for Smart TARM tool development.
61 Communicate with other departments and IT solutions, to study and seek opportunities for Smart Tools synergy.
61 Maintain database in TARM Tool, ensure valuable TAR lessons learned and history data are well managed and stored for future TAR management sustainably optimization.
61 Other tasks assigned by line manager.
任职要求:
What we expect
61 Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, instrument or engineering & maintenance related discipline
61 Working Experience: 15+ years' work experience in Chemical, Oil & Gas Industry, with 8+ years' turnaround Planning & Scheduling experience, especially needs to have experience in I&C area.
61 Professional knowledge on Turnaround Management of Scoping, Planning, Scheduling and Execution, good usage on scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS-Project, etc,.
61 Good understanding of instrument.
61 Experiences with Smart TARM Tools Development is a plus.
61 Strong communications skills, with creative thinking, solution driven mindset, and able to influence with impact in a matrix environment.
61 Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
