?Lead root cause analysis for product/process failure and quality issues and sponsor/participate the corrective/preventive actions；follow and report it till closed

主导产品/过程失效和质量问题的根本原因分析, 并发起和参与制定纠正和预防措施。并跟踪报告其关闭情况。

? Assist supervisor/manager to handle with customer complaints and supplier quality issues

协助主管/经理处理客诉和供应商质量问题。

? Collect and analyze process/product data and study variation for process optimization

汇总和分析制造过程/产品数据，研究变差并提出改进机会。

? Plan and do trials from quality level to support quality standard setup or product/process improvement

策划和实施质量试验，以支持质量标准的制定，或者支持产品和质量过程的改善。

? Do some internal quality tools training for employees

给员工做质量工具的相关培训。

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of quality engineer experience in chemistry industry/material/or engineering related.

至少3年以上化工/材料行业工作或相关工程技术领域经验。

2. Be an excellent communicator

4. Familiar with quality tool, including 5 why, QC 7 tool, 8D, SPC, PFMEA/CP

熟悉使用质量工具，包括5Why，QC七大工具，8D, SPC, PFMEA/CP

5. Has rich experience for process improvement/Kaizen

对过程改善有丰富的经验；

6. Good knowledge in Microsoft office tools, and proficient in statistical tool for quality data report/summary

熟练使用微软办公软件和统计软件统计质量数据和报告

7. English reading and writing is must and speaking is preferred

8. Foreign chemistry company experience preferred
