1. Managed and optimized the company's production plan control system, coordinated sales management demand forecasting, organized and formulated various production plans (including master plans, procurement plans, operation plans, etc.), followed up the implementation of the plans, and coordinated the timely completion of the plans.

2. Manage and optimize the company's logistics management system, so that the logistics infrastructure, circulation and transportation, import and export can meet the needs of the company's business and development.

3. Responsible for the daily management of the department, including work plan, performance management, talent training and team building.

Comply with all EHS policies, regulations and procedures of the company.

5. Connect with Medtronic Group, establish and improve the information flow, logistics and invoice flow of supply and material purchase.

1、管理并优化公司生产计划管控体系，协同销售管理需求预测，组织制定各项生产计划（包括主计划、采购计划、作业计划等），跟踪计划执行情况，协调计划的按时完成。

2管理并优化公司物流管理体系，使物流基础设施、流转运输、进出口等环节均能满足公司业务及其发展的需要。

3负责部门的日常管理工作，包括工作计划、绩效管理、人才培养与团队建设等。

4遵守公司的各项EHS政策、规定和程序。

5 与美敦力集团对接，建立并完善供货以及物料采购的信息流、物流以及发票流。
