Maintenance Electrical Engineer

? Set up the different equipment maintenance process, and the

maintenance engineer will monitor process using audits and data to

confirm whether equipment meets performance expectations. Work with

operations and engineering teams to solve problem if needed.

? Keep detailed maintenance metrics to identify the areas where potential

improvement opportunities are, and to ensure strict compliance to

schedules.

? In troubleshooting for possible equipment or process issues,

maintenance engineers will be integral part in operation to address root

causes using rigorous methods.

? Support experiments where equipment modifications may require

maintenance teams.

? Deliver improvement projects to achieve objectives in quality, uptime,

cost, and capacity.

? Supports plant growth through equipment installation, documentation,

and training, including close interactions with plant operations and

engineering.

? Train operators, shift leaders, managers, and other engineers on

maintenance best practices.

? Weekend and shift coverage could be required as needed.

任职资格：

? BS or higher in electrical engineering.

? 5+ years manufacturing experience.

? Project management and equipment development experience preferred.

? Rich experience in troubleshooting and equipment improvement,

especially related with process issue a strong plus.

? Strong sense for safety, electrical control, and process discipline.

? Familiar with PLC based control systems with coding and debugging

ability.

? MCU and PC-based control software development with C++, java, and

robot application skill.

? Ability to use electrical test tools to determine and resolve equipment

downtime issues to maximize plant OEE metrics. (DMM, Oscilloscope,

temperature, pressure, flow, etc.).

? Strong analytical skills, including spreadsheets, but also with statistical

software. Ability to present analysis and report in front of groups.

? Good problem-solving ability with DMAIC, Lean and Six-Sigma methods,

special emphasis on root cause analysis tools (fishbone, 5-why).

? Good Oral/written English communication skill.

? Computer skills (working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office)
