61 Manage best cost of products, optimized inventories (cost, availability),

QHSE.

61 Implement and follow up necessary actions to generate a safe & healthy

working environment.

61 Develop, execute and accomplish tactical & operational plans, targets,

goals and initiatives to reach objectives.

61 Establish and improve processes to increase efficiency along the full

internal and external supply chain.

61 Responsible for budgeting and management of staff and associated overall

expenditures.

61 Manage the team under his/her responsibility, developing the talents to

perform accordingly and developing all possible potential.

61 Ensure alignment and cooperation between various deprtments.

61 Provide KPIs and metrics on agreed targets Like: Safety, Cost development,

OTP, LT, Quality, productivity to impove the overall performance.

61 Optimize the supply chain with qualified and cost-efficient suppliers.

61 Ensure compliance with laws and ANDRITZ’s policies, rules and regulations.

61 Reinforce the behaviors of #1ANDRITZWay in being a role model to the team

and to the whole organization.

Qualification:

61 Extensive experience in operations inclusive of engineering and supply

chain management

61 At least 5 years’ experience in the managerial position.

61 Experiences in feed and biofuel industry is preferred.

61 Work experience in the cross-culture and international environment.

61 Lean Six Sigma skills (min. green belt)

61 Certification

61 Quality systems and methods skills

61 HSE principles
