生产主管

1、Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisors are responsible basis for leading the production crew in daily responsibilities.向生产经理汇报，负责日常生产的管理工作.

2、Review/generate completed production documentation for quality and Good Manufacturing Practice requirements. Meets all stated timing deadlines for documentation.为生产质量要求准备相关文件，满足文件的截止时间.

3、Performs and/or facilitates on the job training for new and developing 完成新员工和发展员工的在职培训.

4、Acts as liaison to coordinate production activity within department and with support groups as needed.协调、支持部门生产所需活动.

5、Administrates completion of work by assigning work to crew members on an as needed basis, with preference given to facilitating work flow as a team approach.根据需要通过给员工指派工作，给员工相应的指导建议.

6、Organizes rotation on shift.组织班次转换.

7、Openly shares and communicates all production priorities to crew; fosters and promotes an atmosphere of teamwork. 与员工开放性的分享和交流，提升团队工作氛围.

8、Attends morning meeting, reports the daily thru-put and downtime, delay issues (ie. Late truck arrivals, mechanical/equipment downtime, etc.).参加早会，汇报每日产量、停机时间、延迟相关事宜（如车辆晚点、设备停机等）.

9、Completes all training assignments as required by operations to meet performance, safety and quality expectations.根据生产要求，完成培训工作以满足效率、安全和质量预期.

10、Complies with all safety and environmental objectives/programs/policies of the facility.遵守工厂安全环境目标政策.

11、Participates in troubleshooting, efficiency and improvement activities, including corresponding documentation activities.参与或主导重大事情的处理，提高效率和改善活动，包括相关的文件编制.

12、Organizes engineering support in case of down times and break downs.在停机、故障情况下，组织工程协助

13、Participates in departmental reviews/updates current SOPs/Work Instructions/Forms and writing of new SOPs/Work Instructions/Forms参与部门回顾、更新、编写SOP/工作指导书/相关表格.

14、Read, understand and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and all Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.遵守良好生产行为、标准生产流程和工作指导.

15、Organizing cleaning, sanitizing, and all housekeeping duties as required.组织所需的清洁、消毒等卫生工作.

17、Provide assistance or direction to other operators in stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers in night shifts.提供支持或方向给其他夜班仓库员工.

18、Coordinate physical inventory completion with Finance, Operations and warehouse department on a monthly basis.每月协调与财务、运营和仓库部门库存工作.

19、Work with the S&OP Planner , Logistic& Supply chain Manger on verify inventory computation by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors on a weekly basis and keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.与计划、物流供应链经理确认库存计算，通过每周与实际库存比较，调查差异或调整错误，记录库存、库存损失、库存处理设备.

资质和要求：

Qualification & Requirement:

1、at least 5-7 years experiences as a Production Supervisor in fast-moving consumer goods / food industry.至少5-7年快销品或食品行业生产主管工作经验

2、Science and engineering major degree.理工科相关专业

3、Experience in the bottling or packaging industry preferred.瓶装或包装行业经验优先

4、Good organization skills.良好的组织能力

5、Positive attitude, team spirit.积极的态度

6、Good written and spoken English.良好的英语书写和口语

7、Good in communication.良好的沟通能力

8、Experience on SMED and TPM.有过快速换模（SMED）和TPM项目经验
