职位描述
Responsibilities
* Planning and facilitating capacity for maintenance workshops, coordinating
workshops, and monitoring processes.
* Creating monthly and weekly plans to optimize maintenance activities.
* Developing Purchasing Requisitions and ensuring timely follow-up.
* Establishing price modules for different project categories as a reference
for supplier quotations.
* Generating cost reports and conducting cost analysis to drive efficient
budgeting.
* Leading cost-saving projects and digitalization initiatives to enhance
operational efficiency.
* Coordinating machine relocations and supervising external contractors.
* Planning, executing, and monitoring engineering projects for continuous
improvement.
* Maintaining equipment master data and overseeing SAP PM worker and
supervisor training.
Qualifications
* Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
* At least 4 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Maintenance
Planning.
* Proficiency in digitalization projects and SAP software.
* Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
