Mechanical Engineer-AHU

1. 完成机械结构设计方案及项目投标的方案确认，主要为AHU类产品；

Accomplish mechanical & structure design of product and scheme confirmation of bidding projects, mainly on AHU products.

2. 分析并解决客户现场及客户产品故障及质量问题；

Analyze and resolve product failure and quality problems of clients;

3. 运用SolidWorks、AutoCAD制作设计文件，进行基本结构设计、非标设计及优化；

Accomplish design documents by SolidWorks, AutoCAD & other drawing software, finish & optimize structure, non-standard design;

4. 完成新产品开发中机械结构设计及力学分析工作,并输出结构部分BOM表；

Accomplish mechanical & structure design , mechanics analysis of new product, generating the structure BOM form;

5. 完善已有产品设计，协助生产部解决生产过程中发生的技术问题；

Improve design of existing products and assist to solve the technical problems occurred in production;

6. 协助采购部完成产品国产化、降成本的目标；

Collaborate with purchasing department to accomplish the goal of localization and cost reduction

7. 制作NMN(新物料)和ECN(工程变更)，收集各部门反馈并存档；

Make NMA and ECN, collect department’s feedback and keep in file.

8. 完成其他交办的工作

Other duties as assigned.

任职资格:

1. 机械设计、机械自动化等专业大专及以上学历；

Associate degree or above in major mechanical design, or machinery and automation, or related major.

2. 英语良好；

Good in English.

3. 3年及以上AHU相关工作经验；

3 years or higher experience in AHU related field.

4. 具有AHU在IT设备领域应用或AHU在洁净相关领域工作经验者为佳；

Experience for AHU in IT equipment application field or AHU in contamination control field is preferred.

5. 具有根据所在行业标准进行新产品开发或非标设计的项目设计经验；

Design experience in projects of new product developing or customization developing according to the field’s industrial standard requirement.

6. 熟悉Auto-CAD 和3D结构设计软件，有Solidworks设计工作经验者优先；

Familiar with Auto-CAD and 3D design software, experience with Solidworks is preferred.

7. 良好的沟通能力。

Good communication skills.
