ME Supervisor (Fluent English)

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily inspections and regular inspections of tooling equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation of the equipment

2. Responsible for equipment repair and maintenance

3. Continuous improvement of production equipment within the area of 6767responsibility

4. Strictly implement the company's relevant safety standards and safety operating procedures

5. Responsible for the maintenance details of tooling fixtures in overseas factories and perform fixture maintenance duties;

6. Responsible for the operating procedures of overseas factory equipment and provide technical guidance to equipment operators;

7. Responsible for guiding and supervising equipment operators to strictly abide by equipment operating procedures and perform equipment maintenance duties;

Qualifications:

1. Understand the equipment requirements of the IATF16949 system, have been engaged in equipment technology for more than 3 years, have a college degree or above, and major in mechatronics or mechanical automation;

2. Quickly handle production equipment failures, have strong hands-on ability and clear logical analysis, and can effectively reduce equipment downtime;

3. Complete equipment maintenance items on time according to the maintenance plan and fill in maintenance records;

4. Be able to identify wearing parts, safety inventory, service life, replacement records and follow-up of purchases;

5. Understand the basic control circuit/Mitsubishi PLC/servo/CCD/manipulator debugging of the equipment, and be familiar with equipment debugging and parameter adjustment for product changeovers;

6. Have good communication skills, be hardworking, proactive, and have a team spirit;

7. Be fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and can communicate normally with foreigners.

Five-day, eight-hour workday, the company provides food and accommodation, paid annual leave, and a year-end bonus of 1 month's salary (depending on the company's operating conditions). There is room for promotion. Foreign company leaders and colleagues are very nice and easy to get along with.

该岗位为长期出差，需能适应能力强。

岗位职责：

1、负责工装设备的每日巡查、定检工作，确认设备安全可靠运行

2、负责对设备进行维修和保养工作

3、责任区内生产设备的持续改善

4、严格执行公司相关安全标准和安全作业流程

5、负责海外工厂工装夹具保养细则，履行夹具维护保养职责；

6、负责海外工厂设备操作规程，做好设备操作人员的技术指导工作；

7、负责指导、监督设备操作人员严格遵守设备操作规程、履行设备维护保养职责；

任职资格：

1、了解IATF16949体系的设备要求，从事设备技术3年以上，大专以上学历，机电一体化或机械自动化专业；

2、对生产设备故障的快速处理，动手能力强且逻辑分析清晰，能有效减少设备停机时间；

3、根据保养计划按时完成设备保养项目并填写保养记录；

4、能识别易损件，安全库存，使用寿命，更换记录与申购的跟进；

5、了解设备的基本控制电路/三菱PLC/伺服/CCD/机械手调试，熟悉产品换型的设备调试，参数调整；

6、具备良好的沟通能力，吃苦耐劳，积极主动，具备团队合作精神；

7、英语听说读写流利，能跟外国人正常交流。

五天八小时工作制，公司包吃包住，有带薪年假，年终奖为1个月工资（根据公司经营情况而定），有晋升空间，国外公司领导及同事很NICE好相处。
