Psychological Counselling Services: Provide confidential one-on-one counselling to students across all grade levels (G1-G12) on a by-appointment basis.

2- 心理辅导：为需要心理健康支持的学生提供定期心理咨询服务。

Targeted Mental Health Support: Offer structured psychological intervention for students requiring ongoing mental health support.

3- 心理课程：为不同学段（小学低年级、小学高年级、初中、高中）设计差异化心理健康课程，并依据实际需求灵活调整授课形式，如跨年级合并教学。

Mental Health Curriculum: Design and deliver age-appropriate mental health education programs tailored to different developmental stages.

4- 在学部校长的领导下，为建立心理教育、纪律加强、行为纠正和榜样推广的框架和政策包提供支持。

Under the leadership of Heads, support to establish the framework and policy package for psychological education, discipline enhancement, behaviour correction and role model promotion.

5- 与心理老师、年级组长、班主任和老师合作，以专业和支持的方式回应问题学生。

Work with school Psychologists, Grade Leaders, Form Tutors and Teachers to respond to and address student behavioural concerns in a professional and supportive way.

6- 支持制定与德育相关的政策和流程，并领导向所有利益相关方分享其执行情况。

Support the development of pastoral-related policy and procedures and lead the sharing of its implementation to all stakeholders.

岗位要求/Job Requirements,

1- 心理健康教育专业

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or related field.

2- 要求具备学生心理咨询与辅导经验，持相关资质者优先。

Experience in student counselling and mental health support.

3- 具有双语能力或国际学校心理服务经验者更佳。

Experience in international school is preferred.
