I. Job Responsibilities
Market Development and Sales: Responsible for the development of market channels and sales of products, executing and completing the company's annual sales plan for products.
Sales Value Enhancement: Based on the company's marketing strategy, enhance sales value, actively achieve sales volume targets, and expand the market share of products.
Customer Relationship Maintenance: Maintain good communication with customers, grasp customer needs in real-time, and provide proactive, enthusiastic, satisfactory, and considerate service to customers.
Market Research and Forecasting: Dynamically grasp market prices, regularly provide the company with market analysis and forecasting reports, as well as personal weekly work reports.
Sales and Customer Development: Maintain and develop new sales channels and new customers, independently develop and expand upstream and downstream users, and activate members.
II. Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for graduates in marketing, economics, management, or related fields.
Work Experience: Have 3-5 years of experience in sales or related industries, familiar with electric motor products.熟悉电机产品。
Competency Requirements:
Possess good communication skills, learning abilities, and organizational coordination abilities.
Able to quickly familiarize oneself with customer businesses, discuss issues from multiple perspectives, understand the customer's sales decision-making process, and influence key decision-makers. Have a keen market insight, a strong sense of career ambition, responsibility, and a positive work attitude.
Preferably have successful sales experience with major accounts or large projects.
