1. 跟进和处理进出口单证，货物报关手续，准备和提交所需的文件和申请，知道国际贸易术语和相关知识；

2. 安排订舱，核对报关单据，确保文件和货物一致；

3. 和货代，报关行进行日常工作沟通，协调各方（客户 定舱 报关 车队等）工作并及时完成工作目标；及时将货物情况通知相关客服人员、业务同事以及客户；

4. 和国外收发货人联系国际运输，确保全程跟踪；

5. 公司系统收发货操作，和仓库对接，协调仓库收发货，并确保数据准确；

6. 国内运输的安排和跟踪，并处理异常状况；

7. 进出口，运输相关单据的制作和保存，付款安排；

8. 其领导安排的其他相关工作。

Job Description:

1. Follow up and process import and export documents, cargo customs clearance, prepare and submit required documents and applications;

2. Arrange booking, check the customs declaration documents, and ensure that the documents are consistent with the goods;

3. Communicate with freight forwarders and customs brokers on daily work, coordinate the work of all parties (customer, booking, customs broker, truck company and etc.) and complete the work in time; Timely inform relevant customer service staff, business colleagues and customers of the cargo status;

4. Contact international transportation with foreign consignees and shippers, and ensure full tracking;

5. Company system receiving and shipping operations, communicate with the warehouse, coordinating warehouse receiving and shipping, and ensuring data accurate;

6. Arrange domestic transportation, and deal with abnormal situations;

7. Preparation and preservation of import and export, transportation related documents, payment arrangements;

8. Other related work arranged by manager.

职位要求：

1. 具有3年或以上进出口/货运代理/关务/物流操作经验； 本科及以上学历，物流管理，国际贸易等相关专业。

2. 工作仔细耐心，单据制作准确，有国际贸易单据制作经验，能将信息记录完整。

3. 熟悉国际运输操作，具备进出口操作能力(订舱、派车、报关等)； 并在操作过程中保持良好有效的沟通； 协调各方（客户 定舱 报关 车队等）工作并及时完成工作目标；

4. 能够及时准确的把货物信息录入系统。

5. 工作主动热情，有高度责任心，自觉完成分配任务，责任感强，有良好的沟通能力和应变能力，团队精神佳；有一定抗压能力。

6. 英语读写良好，

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years experience in import/export/freight forwarding/customs/logistics operation; College/ Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics management, international trade or related.

2. Work carefully and patiently, make documents accurately, have experience in making international trade documents, and can record information completely.

3. Familiar with international transportation operations, with import and export operations (booking, dispatching, customs declaration, etc.); And maintain good and effective communication during operation; Coordinate the work of all parties (customer booking, Customs clearance, etc.) and complete the work target in time;

4. Timely and accurately input goods information into the system.

5. Active and enthusiastic, have a high sense of responsibility, consciously complete the assigned tasks, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and adaptability, good team spirit; Have a certain ability to withstand pressure.
