Reporting to the Category Manager, you will lead and deliver technology projects that will be an instrumental part of WIK’s success, influencing a multi-disciplinary team of engineers across the global organization and our customers.

Upholding the three pillars of a project i.e. TIMEPLAN, COST And DESIGN (QUALITY/TECHNOLOGY, the role requires good commercial and technical understanding, to steer and communicate project status, risk and technical progress to senior management; whilst interacting with key stakeholders in the engineering, operations, quality teams as well as our customers and key suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Set project direction together with the Category Manager and define the project team setup in conjunction with the engineering/technical leads to achieve the project scope and goals;

2.Ownership of the project plans activities and deliverables, ensuring their delivery through prioritization and escalation of unresolved conflicts;

3.Ensuring the Project KPIs (centered around costs, timeline and quality) are reported in time and reflect accurately the state of the project;

4.Responsible for defining the communications plan for each project to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed in an efficient manner;

5.Communicate between teams within the global organization to ensure effective and timely input; resolve conflicts and lead solutions implementations;

6.Lead communication with all stakeholders acting as a *** point of contact;

7.In parallel of NPI projects, lead RFQs activities.

REQUIRED:

1.More than 5 years experience, master's degree;

2.Open attitude towards new challenges;

3.Team oriented, independent, active and reliable working methods;

4.Technical background is highly recommended;

5.English communication at a high level;

6.Good knowhow of Microsoft office and an organized way to maintain share point folders;

7.Project Management experience.
