QE产品工程师（英语）

1. Conduct inspections, reviews, evaluations, and occasional site visits to suppliers for factory audits regarding the appearance, performance, and process drawings of product samples and finished goods.

2. Propose reasonable suggestions and solutions for product design and production processes, and guide and participate in improvement work during the certification process.

3. Conduct product tests to ensure product quality and performance meet market demands.

4. Develop and implement quality standards, establish product quality standards, and supervise suppliers in fulfilling quality agreements.

5. Establish and maintain the company's quality management system SOPs, OQC shipping inspection standards, and provide skills enhancement training for QC staff.

6. Handle customer complaints, lead root cause analysis (using the 5Why method), push suppliers to make rectifications and verify the results.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as marketing, sales, design, procurement, and suppliers) to evaluate product appearance, quality, and performance, propose improvement measures to enhance customer experience, track industry trends and technical developments, and provide technical support for product innovation.

II. Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, art design, printing, quality management, etc. CET-4 is preferred. Able to communicate and interact with foreign colleagues in simple English;

2. At least three years of experience as a product engineer/product manager, with experience in manufacturing industries such as hotel supplies, handicrafts, metals, ceramics, leather, fabrics, home furnishings, wood products, luggage, gifts, color box printing, etc. Familiar with product appearance, performance, usage, production process and drawings;

3. Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system, proficient in quality management methods and tools (QC seven basic techniques, 8D reports, etc.), sampling plans, proficient in using testing tools, familiar with material characteristics and product production processes, drawings, etc.;

4. Capable of analyzing and summarizing problems, solving problems, communicating and coordinating, obedient to management, able to accept occasional business trips, etc.

一、岗位职责

1.负责产品样板和大货的外观、性能、工艺图纸的检查，审核，评定，偶尔出差供应商处验厂；

2. 对产品设计和生产制程提出合理化建议及解决方案，并指导和参与认证过程中的改进工作；

3.负责产品的测试，确保产品质量及性能满足市场需求；

4.质量标准制定与执行，建立产品品质标准，监督供应商执行质量协议；

5.建立并维护公司质量管理体系SOP，OQC出货检验标准，对QC进行工作技能提升培训；

6.处理客户投诉，主导根因分析（如使用5Why法），推动供应商整改并验证效果；

7.协同跨部门团队（如市场销售、设计、采购、供应商）评估产品外观、质量、性能，提出改进措施，以提升客户体验，跟踪行业动态和技术趋势，为产品创新提供技术支持。

二、任职资格

1.专科以上学历，机械、艺术设计、印刷、质量管理等相关专业,CET-4优先，能简单的使用英文与外籍同事沟通交流；

2.三年以上产品工程师/产品经理工作经验，有酒店用品、工艺品、金属、陶瓷、皮料、布料、家居、木制品、箱包、礼品、彩盒印刷等制造业经历、对产品外观、性能、用途、产品制作工艺及图纸熟悉；

3.熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系，熟练掌握品质管理的方法和工具（QC七大手法、8D报告等）、抽样计划，熟练使用检测工具，熟悉材料特性和产品生产工艺、图纸等；

4.具备问题分析与总结、问题解决、沟通协调能力、服从管理、能接受偶尔出差等。
