Your Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for communication with customers or agents, arrange the shipment export & import.

负责与客户/代理进行联系，安排货物的出口/进口事宜；

2. Be responsible for answering the overall process, such as: receive order, overseas confirmation, booking, transportation, goods Inspection, customs declaration, delivery and shipment tracking.

负责接单后货物运输整体流程的运转，如接收订单、海外确认、订舱、运输、查货、 报关、交货和货物跟踪等；

3. Be responsible for settle goods operation problem, communication with customs broker, coordinate and communication with customer and settle customer consulting.

负责解决货物操作过程中的问题，和报关行联系沟通工作；与客户协调、沟通，解答客户咨询；

4. Communicate with Suppliers/Shipping Companies/Customers/Overseas offices effectively, providing good customer service and timely response to enquiries.

保持与供应商/船公司/客户/海外办事处有效沟通，及时响应客户咨询并提供良好的客户服务。

5. Be responsible for handling all kinds of emergencies and promptly report to the leader.

负责处理各类突发事件并及时向上级汇报;

6. Complete other work arranged by direct supervisor and department manager.

完成直接主管或部门经理安排的其他事宜。

We Expect

1. College degree or above, logistics/foreign trade or related major preferred

专科及以上学历,物流/外贸或相关专业毕业优先考虑。

2. Be carefully, serious, good communication, good teamwork spirt, open and clear character, can under the strong working pressure.

认真细心,善于沟通，有良好的团队协作精神；性格开朗，能承受一定的工作压力。

3. With over 1 year forwarding operation experience on seafreight is better

有1年以上货代海运单证操作或者客服经验者优先考虑。

4. Sense of responsibility, ability to multi-task, manage time well and finish work before deadline.

责任感强, 能同时处理多项工作任务，良好的管理工作时间并按时完成工作。
