Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Management: Manage and maintain trip.com’s relationships with Restech and attraction & tours’ PMS partners. Optimize cooperation policies to enhance the sales activation rate and business output of scenic areas and suppliers.
2. Business Negotiations: Independently handle business negotiations with Restech and scenic area PMS, including procurement, formulation of operational rules, implementation of cooperation plans, and maintaining customer relationships. Ensure that projects promoted by various hotel groups around core assessment indicators proceed smoothly.
3. Cross-Department Collaboration: Assist the company's finance, product, technology, and service teams in streamlining processes with booking systems and facilitating communication. Ensure a full-cycle integration in product front-end display, operational service system construction, and financial processes.
4. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data from partners on a regular basis. Provide accurate data support to the company, Restech, and attraction & tours’ PMS to help formulate and adjust operational strategies.
5. Performance Tracking and Strategy Adjustment: Monitor and review the effectiveness of partnerships, and adjust cooperation strategies in a timely manner to respond to market changes and customer needs.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree and above
2. Have a global mindset; Strong inter-personal skills - able to collaborate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders with various cultural backgrounds
3. Proven negotiating and influencing skills; comfortable managing conflicts while maintaining relationships.
4. Self-starter and ability to work independently to achieve goals while also being able to operate as part of a team.
5. Ready for a fast-paced environment; Highly Adaptable
6. Familiarity with travel industry is preferred
7. Fluent English Communication Skills - Both Verbal and Written
8. Occasional Travel Required
