ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1.Process shipment booking received compliance to the customer’s shipping requirements/ instructions and follow up in accordance with SOP

2.Contacting shipper to arrange the container loading, customs clearance and HB/L confirmation

3.Contacting carrier or co-loader’s agent to ensure container receipt, MB/L confirmation and correct manifest data input

4.Sending freight and local charge details to shipper

5.Handle& follow up routing order from oversea and free hand cargo from Sales department

6.Data input into system.

7.Job file closing in the due time after vessel departed

8.Other operational tasks that receive from department head1.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Good at written English & CET 4

2.Strong sense of responsibility and team work player

3.Customer service mind set

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1.College degree or above

2.1-2 years of working experience in similar position at Foreign forwarding companies
