Key Responsibilities

· Manage production personnel according to production plan, including personnel deployment, training guidance, motivation, evaluation and assessment.

根据生产计划做好生产人员管理，包括人员的调配、培训指导、激励、评价和考核；

· Supervise production management to ensure that production is completed in an orderly, timely and assured manner.

督导生产作业管理，确保生产作业有序、按时、保质地完成；

· Responsible for 5S management in the field, and follow up the improvement of bad points.

负责现场5S管理工作，跟进落实不良问题点的改善；

· Supervise the quality management behavior of employees and supervise the improvement of quality problems.

监督员工质量管理行为，并督导质量问题的改善；

· Supervise the quality of work.

督导员工工作质量；

· Responsible for the construction of account management of on-site materials, semi-finished products and finished products, participated in the workshop inventory, and ensured the accuracy of the inventory.

负责对现场物料、半成品和成品进行建账管理，参与车间盘点工作，确保盘点的准确性；

· Assist technical staff to balance production capacity reasonably and effectively, improve labor productivity and reduce production cost.

协助技术人员合理有效平衡生产能力，提高劳动生产率，降低生产成本；

Job Requirements（Education / Qualifications and experience levels）

职位要求（教育/任职资格/经验水平）

· College school education or above

大专以上学历

· At least 3 years related work experience (automotive industry is preferred),more than 2 years experience in field management.

3 年以上相关工作经验(汽车行业优先)，2 年以上现场管理经验；

· Understand IATF(TS)/16949

了解IATF(TS)/16949；

· Proficient in TPM

熟悉TPM；

· Familiar with office software

熟悉办公软件

· Good communication skill

良好的沟通技能。
