产品开发工程师--产品维护

1. Lead the rebranding/service part project to achieve business growth targets. This will include the rapid response to the initial quotation partnering with Finance/ME/Sourcing, completing of the design with necessary design review with cross functions, BOM/Drawings release, PPAP, Pilot Run…etc. under the applicable Tollgate process.

主导品牌重塑和配件项目，实现业务增长目标。包括根据Tollgate流程与财务/ME/采购部门合作，快速响应初始报价，完成设计，并进行必要的跨职能设计审查、BOM/图纸发布、PPAP、试运行等；

2. Technical support to production/supplier/quality/Regulatory/customer and other disciplines concerning the issue related to product design/specification and partnering with cross functions to provide solution within agreed-on timeline.

为生产/供应商/质量/认证/客户和其他部门提供有关产品设计/规格的技术支持，并与其他部门合作，在约定的时间内提供解决方案；

3. Take lead in In-source project with existing platform of which limited design work is required and ensure product launch within aligned timeline with right quality.

主导现有平台的内部项目，并确保产品在约定的时间内以正确的质量完成；

4. Own the VAVE for sustaining product to lower the FPC and increase the product margin.

维持产品的VAVE，以降低FPC和提高产品利润率；

5. Replicate tool development support and component localization support as needed.

根据需求重复工具开发和零部件本地化支持；

6. Responsible for the ECR/ECN submission and implementation with regards to sustaining product and align with stakeholders (especially customer as required) on the change.

负责ECR/ECN的提交和实施，以维持产品，并与相关者（特别是客户）就变更信息保持一致；

7. Identify the continuous improvement opportunity for any process/procedure within the company/department and partner with Standardization for process/procedure optimization.

识别公司和部门内任何流程/程序的持续改进机会，并与标准化小组合作进行流程/程序优化。

8. Assist team leader/function head to create/optimize the design guide, engineering specification, test protocol (partner with Lab), design database…etc.

协助团队或职能负责人创建/优化设计指引、工程规范、测试协议（与实验室合作）、设计数据库等；

9. Other assignments related to sustaining products. Supports to NPD project might be required as needed with resource constraint.

其他与维持产品相关的任务，在现有资源的情况下，根据需求为NPD项目提供支持；

10. Ensure transparent, positive, and effective communication with cross functions for smooth project execution.

确保与跨职能部门进行透明、积极和有效的沟通，以顺利完成项目执行；

11. Well maintain/update the engineering documents in the system including but not limited to BOM, Drawing, CPL, Specification, Design Review, DFMEA, Stack-ups analysis…etc.

维护/更新系统中的工程文件，包括但不限于BOM、图纸、CPL、规范、设计复审、DFMEA、公差分析等。

岗位要求：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, 5 years above working experience.

机械工程专业本科以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验；

2. Solid knowledge of mechanical Engineering design, must be familiar with GD&T, stack-up etc.

扎实的机械工程设计知识，必须熟悉尺寸链分析和形位公差分析等；

3. Solid understanding of design practices for a broad range of production processes including plastic injection, casting, machining, sheet metal, finishing…etc.

对各种生产工艺的设计实践有扎实的理解，包括塑料注射、铸造、机械加工、钣金、精加工等；

4. Experienced user of 3d software such as Creo, Solid works, UG etc.

熟悉Creo、Solidworks、UG等三维软件；

5. Experiences in filtration industry is an advantage.

有过滤行业经验者优先；

6. Solid project management experiences is preferred.

有项目管理经验者优先；

7. Good writing and reading English.

良好的英语读写能力。
