In charge of all the Inside Sales Management issues.

1. Grow business (both LCL and FCL) with existing long tail accounts as budget

2. Hunt/ onboard new small scale customers for business with ECU to facilitate LCL business

4. Contribute to the Inside Sales development strategy sales strategy and business development plans into appropriate market segments.

5. Long tail accounts Market analysis and react quickly for company's competitiveness and sales development.

6. To set up sales targets in agreement for Inside sales rep. To implement the targets ensuring achievement and maximum returns.

7. To promote and sell ECU products & services and to reach company's inside sales target.

8. Be responsible to develop new customers and maintain current customers in order to achieve sales target.

9. Establish and maintain long term customer relationship and enlarge ECU customer networking

10. Continuously promote sales activities personally, including calls, sales presentations, sales pipeline and sales solutions.by developing and concentrating on new key accounts, visiting existing accounts.

*Job Skills and Competencies for this position: 岗位技能要求
1. Minimum 6 years sales experience in freight forwarding Industry and Team Management experience minimum 2-3years in previous role.
至少6年货运代理行业销售经验,至少2-3年以上操作团队管理经验。
2. College degree or above, major in international trade, shipping, freight forwarding and customs declaration or related logistics management preferred.
大专或以上学历,国际贸易、航运、货代与报关等物流相关专业优先。
3. Comprehensive knowledge of LCL industry, familiar with operation processes, trade lane and shipping market.
全面了解货运行业拼箱业务,熟悉运营流程、贸易通道和航运市场。
4. Able to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers from all nationalities and are confident in social and business networking situations.

5. Have excellent presentation skills and self -motivated.

7. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

8. Excellent written and communication skills in English,CET-6 preferred.
